Choice Marketing provides a custom printed 8.5" x 14" full color newsletter with an attached donation form along with a #9 return envelope in a full view #10 window envelope. If this package doesn't fit your needs, we can also provide you with an 8.5" x 11" newsletter with a laser printed donation form along with a #9 return envelope inserted into a custom printed standard #10 window envelope. We also offer several different styles and formats to choose from ranging from multi-color brochures to form letters. Regardless of which package you choose, we include envelope stuffing, sorting and postal form preparation all done in house!

Reminder Mailing

We provide a laser printed reminder donation form along with a #9 return envelope in a custom printed standard #10 window envelope. We also offer an optional custom printed 8.5" x 11" full color newsletter with an attached donation form along with a #9 return envelope that will be placed in either a standard or full-view #10 window envelope. We include envelope stuffing, sorting and postal form preparation with this package as well!

Thank You Post Cards

We provide custom post cards personalized with your department's color photo or individualized design (prepared by our graphic artists) along with a thank you message on the back. The cards are printed and mailed to all addresses that make a donation to your organization. This simple courtesy shows donors that you received their donation and you appreciate their support- and it makes repeat donations more likely!

Production

Our production capabilities consist of highly trained technicians using the best equipment and the latest technologies to give your mail pieces a high quality, professional look and that extra graphic impact needed to get them noticed and opened! All work is produced on our premises giving us complete control at every step of the process.

File Maintenance

The highly trained and experienced members of our data processing team support your fund drive throughout the year by accurately recording the donations you receive and continuously updating your mail list as changes come in. A wide range of management reports are available on demand at no additional cost to you. We provide you with the tools you need to easily and effectively manage your fund drive. Your Sales Representatives are available at any time to answer questions, assist you and offer advice.

Reports

Address lists, address analysis, statistical management reports, contributor listings and final summaries. Reports are furnished in convenient, easy to use digital format (searchable .pdf files) either on CD or by e-mail. If you prefer hard copy, reports may be provided on 8.5" x 11", white, three-hole punched, sheets.

Adds Zip+4, Delivery Point Barcodes and Carrier Routes to your mailing list. Typical savings between using First and Third Class mail can range from .085 to .159 cents per piece. Also provides automatic address correction, parsing, standardization and coding.
