Please
forgive me for taking so long to write to you about the
Mickey Vernon DVD. It was truly great, far better than I
have ever imagined. I have reviewed it several times and
each time I am even more impressed than before.
Mickey
is a wonderful narrator. His voice is good and he sounds so
humble, like being a baseball player is something everybody
could have done. I particularly liked how he named so many
of the players on the screen, names I haven't heard in a
long time. I even recognized more than he named like Spud
Chandler, Hank Bauer and others who appear on the screen for
very brief moments.
I
think you have a winner on your hands. I wish you the best
of luck in your marketing of the video. If only for Mickey's
stature, you deserve to have outstanding success. I consider
myself fortunate to have had an opportunity to see and enjoy
that slice of unique history.
