How To Submit Changes, Additions and Deletes to your list.

  • Use the correct form in the FORM LIST (to the left) that fits your needs. The forms are also included in the USB Drive you received.
  • Please send in excel format. Please try to include the reference/file # for each address.

How To Submit Donations and/or Subscriptions

  • Send in the Detachable Slips from the Donation/Subscription forms.

OR

  • Use the excel form in the FORM LIST (to the left).
    • Please fill out as much information as you can on the form.

How To Submit Photos.

  • We accept most images through email as long as the attachment does not exceed 10 MB. If you have to send multiple files that are large in file size, please contact a sales representative and they will send you a link to upload your files.
